Shipping CostsIf you are based outside of Thailand then your order will require shipping to your country. When you contact us with an order then we can give you a quote that will include your shipping costs to your nearest port of entry.
The quote will be the cheapest quote we are able to find for you, at cost price - in other words, you will be charged the same amount that we pay. You will pay only the cost of the lowest quoted shipping fees. We include no profit mark-up fees for your shipping costs.
We are also happy to arrange low-cost shipping insurance for your extra peace-of-mind and security, if you require. You will pay only the cost price of the lowest quoted insurance fees. We include no profit mark-up fees for your shipping insurance. Import DutiesSeveral countries have import duties, or other types of quota or taxes on garments that are manufactured abroad. Therefore, you or your agent may need to make an import duty payment when your order arrives in your country, at the port of entry.
In your quote we will estimate the amount of tax that you are likely to pay. Please note that this figure is an estimate. If payable in your country, the exact amount is calculated by the import authorities when your shipment arrives at your port of entry.
Authorities may periodically change the rules and regulations of any taxes due. Therefore, knowing what taxes may be due on your shipment is your responsibility. We can advise you about what we know at the time. However, we cannot be responsible for the accuracy of any tax quota or duty estimate of which we may advise you.
You can contact the import regulation authorities at your local port of entry, or ask your shipping agent, in order to find out, in advance, the exact amount of any tax that may be due.
