Polo Shirt Style

The classic full-length 'Waffer - Pigget' style Polo Shirt features a double-interfaced three-button neck fly, a heavyweight woven ribbed collar, with a large French-stitched patch pocket on the left breast.

The material has a special structure with holes inside. This Wholes make the Polo Shirt active breathable and is very comfortable to wear.

All internal seams are fully hemmed or interlocked giving you a fashionable, quality-finish garment.

These generously-proportioned Polo Shirts are constructed of preshrunk 100% woven cotton weighing at least 220 grams per square meter with a very small amount of synthetic fiber to keep the fabric crease and stretch-resistant, easy to maintain and durable. 

The fabric is therefore safely machine-washable in hot water and completely color-fast.

Price

You pay only 300 Baht or approximately 6.80 € for each Polo Shirt!

The minimum order is only 80 shirts!

But look! For orders of five hundred or more you get a 5% discount which means that you pay only 285 Baht or approximately 6.50 € for each Polo Shirt!

For printing, you pay only 6 Baht (less than 0.15 €) per shirt for each printed color !

You may be charged a small fee for artwork preparation (perhaps as little as 15 € — see below for further details).

No Set Up Costs!

A logo design is made by printing fabric ink on the shirt.  For each print color in your logo we need to make a silk screen.

However, unlike most other shops that may charge you around €20 for each silk-screen — you pay no set up costs for the screens!  Your printing costs are less than €0.10 per Polo Shirt, per printed color!

No Flash Base Costs!

Dark colored Polo Shirts require printing a white ink base before printing each logo color. This ensures that the printed logo color is not darkened by the Polo Shirt fabric color showing through from underneath.  

This technique is called Flash Printing or a Flash Base color.  However, unlike other shops that may charge you for an extra one or two colors for a Flash Base — you pay no Flash printing costs!  You are charged only for each print color in your logo!

Choice of Colors

You can choose your Polo Shirt fabric colors from a selection of fashionable bright colors. You can choose to have all your shirts in a single color, or a selection of colors.

Note that due to display limitations of your computer hardware, these colors cannot exactly match the colors displayed by the garment fabric.

However, if you need a specific color (such as a Pantone color) that you do not see displayed above then please contact us for further information.

Choice of Sizes

You can choose your shirts in a single size or a range of adult sizes.

Choice of Art Work

We can design your logos at very attractive rates that are significantly lower than other shops.

Either our Art Department can create an original design from scratch using your directions.  

Or you can send us your artwork, either by sending an image file by email, or send a FAX, or you may even send us your artwork by Air Mail.  

Most other shops charge about 40 € or more per hour for art work, but with us — your art work charges are only 690 Baht, or approximately 15 € per hour! 

Simple art work logo designs can be completed within one hour.  More detailed art work may require up to six hours or more.

Preparing Your Art Work

When you supply artwork then we need to convert your art work by separating print areas of different colors into masks.

We then apply these masks to the silk-screens for each print color. We charge you only a small artwork preparation fee to make these masks.

This artwork preparation charge varies according to how much time our technicians need to prepare the masks from your artwork.

Fees for artwork mask preparation of simple designs start at 690 Baht or approximately 15 € for all the mask preparations. 

More complicated designs cost more according to how long it takes to make the masks.

Printing Your Artwork

Your pay only 6 Baht (less than 0.15 €) for each logo color printed on each Polo Shirt.

For example, for a Polo Shirt with a logo on the front that is made using 4 colors, and also a logo on the back that is made using 3 colors, you pay for a total of 7 print colors for each shirt.

About Artwork Design

Our Art Department is pleased to create your logo design. Or you can send us your own ideas.

To minimize your artwork design and preparation time and costs, we suggest that you submit your design to us ready for spot color processing.

Spot color means that all colors are solid flat areas of single tone color. There should be no areas in your design that have color blends or shades.  We must convert all colored areas to solid black in order to make masks for each color silk screen.  

If there are areas in your design that are not solid colors then our technicians require additional time and effort to prepare the masks for the screen creation.  

Please note that we are happy to create detailed print designs for you that require blending colors. However these types of designs take longer to prepare and manufacture and therefore your art work costs will be higher.
